Indeed, and that's what you are seeing in the screenshot...several mods for orbs. You can only choose ONE of the mods from the list to craft and once you choose that one stat it has blue text on your item. If you ever want to craft that particular piece of gear again from the available pool you will only ever be able to change that one mod that you added/modified and nothing else. So, unless something has changed, what Chris said is exactly right and again, while you can CHOOSE from several different options, you can only ever pick one, and you only ever get one stat to craft onto/change on an item, not multiple stats.
