Basically, going GMP+Echo with purity of fire + arctic armor is insanely good against reflect, especially with the buff/aura effect nodes in this tree.

a lvl 20 purity of fire, in this tree, will give us +7 to max fire resist. you ad +2 of elemental adaptation and you get a 'base' fire resist of 84. Likewise, a 'base' level 20 AA gives you 234 negation of fire damage.

If i remember correctly, map an roll elemental reflect for 18%, so you add 15% on top of that for monsters with reflect within and get 33%.

This means that in order for you to take even 1 damage from reflect, you need to do 234*100/15*100/33= 4727 per /single/ projectile. For most cases, it means having a dps of around 12K or so, as you fire 2/3 cast per seconds.

The 'only' danger comes from monsters with 0 fire resist if you have a Q20/20 fire penetration, as that would give it a more 50% damage.

Anyway, you'll notice when you are beginning to have trouble with reflect much later on when you go full crit, an by then a ruby flask might be needed, though i wouldn't be surprised if a +%1 fire leech on a amulet or belt would be enough to cancel any of this.
