Hi,
I am also a Arc player. I am struggling to increase damage. Could you share your passive tree again? I open it but see 115 points left. Also, what do you mean Arc's 50% damage effectiveness by Empower and Lightning penetration. The 50% effectiveness doesn't work at all when using these two gems? Thanks. |

" Wrong build for you, this is low-life with Shavronne's Wrappings, I can see you don't have that level of gear. The 50% dmg effectiveness refers to additive gems which are only effective to 50% whereas multiplicative gems ignore that. IGN: Chundaziri
