Transition to MoM and LvL 84.

The build is near to completion, I run pretty safe with 4350 HP / 550 free MP, Arctic Armour, MoM, Grace, CwdT, Life Leech, etc...

Now it's time to level up all the gems, and increase my dps, that is still low for my tastes.

Consider half of my equipment is self-dropped, and for the rest the total cost has been below 30 chaos, and some chaos to get all the remaining gems, that's pretty cheap.

Also I'm leveling a Ball Lightning and a Vaal Storm Call, just to see, but the last one seems bugged.
