Dominion's Hardcore Dual-Spark CI Witch - UPDATED for 1.0.1

I have been eyeballin this build and saving some gear aside but I don't understand how this is the awsome farming build people say it is, it looks to me to be very gear dependant so where can I fit in IIQ / IIR and also how does using low life Wondertrap function here please?

This is not the low life farming build with wondertrap. This is just a solid version of a dual spark CI witch. If you are looking for information on the farming build look at Akira, Ecka, or panko's guides in the witch section

Your Ice spear doesnt need to do any damage it just needs to roll a crit for you to get the charges. Once you have the charges your spark totems will benefit from the effects of the power charges on you.

I started playing a few days ago and am up to merciless. I've been doing Ledge runs but honestly have no idea what to look for in terms for Armor. Yet to unlock double totem, but not too far away. Any advice?

I was looking through the passive skill trees and ive noticed your lvl 91 skill tree is vastly different from your lvl 95 skill tree. I want to go R/F Low Life 6L Shavvronnes. Am i to assume that i will need an exorbitant amount of Regret orbs to Re-Spec from lvl91 CI to the lvl95 Skill Tree? Or am I wrong?
Please explain the Skill tree changes from lvl 91 to 95. Or is the RF/ low-life Shavvronnes build an entirely different build and in no way connected to the CI build? Thank you.
I am currently lvl40 witch following this guide.

I really don't understand y in your passives you allocated u choose to have Ancestial Bond witch makes you not be able to cast spells but adds a totem. But in your gear you posted u have ice spear and power charge on the ice spear. If you take ancestial Bond doesn't ice spear not work. I think you need to update this build again wopuld be much preciated
