Right, as if even 4-5L cloak is a dirt cheap thingie. Just admit it, it's not really "budget". No offence to build itself, tho it's already done with an Arc. Okay, and a bit of polishing.

Perhaps we have a different definition of the word budget. Anyone who has the drive to do so can get one within a few days of a new league. To me, that is budget. CoD is not a particularly rare drop.
