haha, just edit the production_Config.ini in the directory of Documents> My Games> Path of Exile.
Then search for texture_filtering= line and put the value higher than 3. The higher the value, the more Nintendo 32bits that it will become.

P.S In fact, it's close to nothing with improving the FPS since the most FPS smasher is the particle effects and secondly Shadow in the game which texture filtering has nothing to do with.
