Well, I had 4k life with the right gear on. But having died, I decided to go full retard (as softcore dictates) for more AoE using Carcass Jack.

It definitely doesn't have the most sustain out there, since it doesn't use Life Gain on Hit nor Life Leech Gem. (all the regen I had came from the 4% leech on my neck) The fact that you're not standing there autoattacking a ton of times also affects this.

My gear was mediocre, hence why I only reached ~58% phys reduction despite using grace AND determination (this is before granite) I reckon it's possible to go tankier, specially if you'd opt to go 1h + shield, but it was a fairly fun experience to play it as is.
