Updated it, you can stack 3 60% auras and clarity of you have enough mana (you will need a lot of it, so get good es/armor gear)

Could you please also update the "Duelist BR dual wield cleave build" as well? I want to test the new balance changes with my duelist guinea pig first before I respec marauder or templar.

Victor, good job on the build. I have trouble sweeping in normal :( I am getting my behind handed to me. I just started a Cleave Templar on Domination and I am level 19 at the moment. If I meet a rare monster, I have a 50% chance to die to it.

My question: Is it worth it to farm Fellshrine with the hopes of getting an upgrade? Are there any tips you can give me to survive/do more damage?

Im sorry to hear that, i chose sweep because the build has area of effect passives very early on and its a pretty fun skill.

Try to get a better mace or stave to sweep with, if you cant just try to get dexterity on gear like a jade amulet and some other mods and try using cleave from now on, it works with any kind of sword/axe that has a bit of elemental damage on it and isnt slow, also dont forget to use a damage aura such as anger or wrath.

Farming fellshrine for items is always a good idea, especially in hardcore.

And of course when every does a fresh start i suggest not soloing, the game is a LOT easier in parties and you also get a lot more loot.

So Vic, what are your feelings about the build now that ele cleave took a large hit? My assumption was that it's still viable but not as lenient when it comes to gear.

Yup now its a bit harder to reach very high dps number with low gear, but even like this with wrath and anger on your dps will be ok with pretty much any sword.

I've been using this guide for my Marauder (couple of months ago).
Is this still as viable as it was before? I'm not sure if I should consider going down a different route since the cleave nerf.

This is my current gear....I'm not sure if I should risk putting all my points into this build!

Its best to calculate what your dps and life will be with the build before oyu spec into it, see if you like it
