Btw, for single target damage, wouldn't elemental hit be good? Or any other attacks to use besides cleave?

cleave is more dmg than dual strike or ele hit because of conc effect

Btw is lifeleech really better than life gain on hit ? just thinking since using 2 fast weapons, and also lifeleech doesn't apply instant + there is a cap on it I think?

There's no cap per se, but there's a maximum rate of recovery (20% of total life per second, not counting quality bonus).

You do so much damage, it really is just way better than life on hit. The instant recovery from life on hit can be useful in some situations though, mostly against reflect. Back when I only had 75% resist all I used life leech AND life on hit for reflect maps. With 85% I just stick with my regular life leech, but I'll add in life on hit if it is reflect + lower max res.

Quality isn't hugely important for a cleaver, not in comparison to something like quality freezing pulse. Still it is obviously good.

Cleave and faster attacks are the two who's quality bonuses matter the most. (10% attack speed each). I'd probably put life leech in third.

I rly like this build, but i have a question:

Are the close +30 Dex and + 30 Int passives on the way not wroth picking up? I mean this build has serious issues dealing with low Dex while trying to use weapons with high attack speed. This would make live easier especially midgame and you also could easy use respect points on them if you dont need them anymore.

Yeah but most people can just figure that out for themselves, if they dont have enough dex/int just spec a point in a 30 node and respec it later when you get it on gear, i specified that in the guide as well.
