" Let's say you got a base of 3000life and a life multilier of 200%. You now have 9000hp. Carcass Jack has the advantage of Inc AoE. You might gain a socket there...! It offers medium life/resist, some evasion and some 12% area dmg boost. Your hit points will get up to 9210hp. Belly of the beast offers that +40% to life. Good boost to Hit Points and dmg. It also gives medium armour and some low resists. With BotB you will get up to 10200hp Kaom's Heart got 2 version. One is discontinued and "just" gives +1000 max life. This version will grant you a massive total of 12000hp! The new version gives +500 max life AND 40% more dmg. With this version your life gets to 10500hp Kaom's Heart's been nerfed and the difference with botb seems to be minor. up to lvl74-75 maps runs with botb are a piece of cake. Finaly got it to work... i have some shitty items on but i can now survive the RF :) OFC i can only just survive it.. if i start getting hit my mobs my life reg is so slow so its not really there :P

You should respec for some int nodes then. It's useless to have so many life multipliers without.. life... ;(

Atm im just lvling with some friends and putting the new points in int so im slowly changing the gear :) (Yell from the top of your lungs: SLOWLY!!!) :P

" Based on your passive tree, there is the Ancestral Knowledge (+30 INT) that you could take with only one point spent. Or the Hardknocks (+30INT) for two points. And ofcourse you can look for gear with a few INT points AND life added. Good luck and enjoy :) Tip: If some of your friends has Masters Elreon or Haku, ask him to 'add' a bit +INT in the life gear you'd like to equip. You should do fine with low level crafting (10-15 int).
