Do you get the elmental damage leech from coryani with the snapshot?

Leech does not work with RF or with any degen effect actualy ( like puncture , poison arrow etc. etc. )

What about the ele proliferation portion?

Unfortunately Elemental Proliferation doesn't affect RF . Even if the RF is affected by Increased Burning Damage it DOES NOT inflict the burning elemental status and because of that Elemental Proliferation has no effect... it would've been very OP if it did ... crazy AoE :D

I don't see why it wouldn't.
Increased Elemental damage affects RF and it has nothing to do with the snapshotting. IF the RF snapshotting get's fixed you'll only lose the damage from your second catalyst .. that's not that bad actually ( around 15k for me ) ... well .. it such fix will affect other aspects of my build .. but i'll adapt ( as we all will ) "I'm going to show you pain you never knew existed, you're going to see a whole new spectrum of pain!!!!! " Don't forget animated guardian xD, and yep, about 20k dps drop for me. Maybe need a spell to compensate dps drop..Arc or flame surge both have drawbacks..but yep..still need more theorycrafting for a little more dps.. |

Will this build still be viable after snap removal? Or Devs are planning to buff RF somehow?

" With snapshotting my Character just rapes 78 Maps with over 100k dps. When they remove this, we only lose 1 Doryani's Catalyst (assuming u replace brightbeak) and the buffs from our guardian. Still remains way too much DPS + Survivability for the cost of Gears if you compare to other meta builds (low life ST, Mjölnir). At least in my Opinion.
