Wouldn't that defeat the main purpose of the Frenzy charges though since you'd lose the 1% life regen per charge?

I myself have been trying out stacking shock with a CWDT Arc on Doryani's for the Elemental prolif. Seems like it could work, however I wouldn't trust it as the only way to also proc EE though, since mostly anything trivial dies before it procs.

Any Chance of getting an update on the leveling tree paths for facebreaker before the interchange to RF?

If weapon has fire damage to spells does it ruin it for cyclone EE usage?

cyclone isn't a spell, so it shouldn't apply.
also you can just equip the wand and look at the tooltip to make sure.

As you proc constantly with your cyclone, this doesnt really matter...
