Do you have to respec at some point or how do you lvl just with arc?

In a +1 to lightning gems wand with a little bit of spell damage you can cruise through normal and cruel just about.

" I leveled my witch with ice nova/flameblast till I get arc and then only with arc and FB. When I get my hands on 2nd arc gem I start to use self-cast arc + 1 totem arc. Now I'm 72 on inv and i'm doing pretty well. lvl 75 5.2k with Doryani's Catalyst on arc with emp lvl 2, i had 4.9k with moonsorow, i expected something like 6k at least 3.8k hp
I should start moving to static blows or stack more hp ?
