Eldritch Battery and Minion Instability position swap

Just wrong. Templar summoners are as good as witch summoners. In addition ele-bow templar and caster templar are really good - templar is in no way just melee. He is in between witch and marauder, which means he usually is either a less tanky melee or a more tanky caster. In addition he is really good at ele bow (because of 50% incr. wed).

Same as above.

- The other class next to Witches that profits most from minions is the Ranger. MI in the location of EB would put it much closer to the Ranger's area and thus vastly improve a Minion-Ranger build.

What???? MI is used for summoners that want to deal damage with the minions and not just use the minions as decoy. Ranger / Shadow usually deal damage - they don't need MI and need minions as meat shield.
I'd shout obscenities so loud you'd hear them from the other side of the world if you moved EB farher from shadow and witch.
To be quite honest, one of the few position swaps that ever gained any sort of credible traction involving EB was moving it straight into the dex area; as dex already has absolutely no native resource management, yet int has two (Being mana from passive int stacking and EB) and str having one (Blood magic)

Take of it what you will
