Hi, Spoke to you in game when i bought an Amulet from you.

Here's my gear so far

And here's the tree so far

What do you think i should be looking to do next? should i respec anything in the tree, what to upgrade next etc. I know i need quality on my gems, they are almost all ready to vendor for quality recipe.

Duuuude how come you aren't using melee splash?
Is this designed specially for pvp?

He doesn't need melee splash when every hit is a crit with insane crit multi. it's not designed for PvP, it's just more efficient to use melee damage on full life / melee physical rather than melee splash. you can use melee splash , but if your gear is this OP you don't need it, and it's going to be easier to deal with bosses etc. if you don't have splash.

Of course you could just bring the splash gem with you to clear trash, swap in a damage gem for bosses.
