" No. The closest build mechanically to what this build does is a CoC build, but that has a completely different skill tree etc to work. CoC builds don't have 80+ ex items as requirements, though. The 352nd character to hit Level 100 in Standard

Started this build since patch, only level 88 so still need some levels.
I am loving it, besides the occasional ele reflect that kills me. :( And I obviously can't run RF yet, too bad.
