Our First Two Week Charity Race Event

Pretty sure it is a solo event.

As for builds for this race, anyone have other suggestions? I was thinking of running a Scion but I am not sure how viable Spectral Throw is later in the game.

Am I able to buy several masks, and then pass the MTX to some of my friends?

So, someone let me know if im thinking of this incorrectly. I don't want to put incorrect information out there to others who might want to join.

If I play a character and get them to level 30 and die, im eligible for ALL prices up to level 30.

I reroll a new character and get them to level 45, then im eligible for ALL prizes up to level 45, and the level 30 character isn't eligible for anything because highest level character is considered.

So I can keep pushing new characters through, and the highest-leveled (living) character at the end of the race will be the one considered for the prizes?

Just so I have everything straight.

What should I do:

I begun play PoE before Steam release. After that I relinked my account to Steam, while it was possible for russia install it. Now as I heard - it's not possible anymore (earlier there wasn't PoE in russian Steam too but it was able install it through browser and this method was also advised to me by support of PoE here). At all.
What can I do to participate this charity challenge? (...or may be AT LAST you remove block russian in Steam?!?!?))))
