Yes, I'm res'ing an old thread...
BUT, all of the new Herald gems (Ice, Fire, Lightning) all say CAST and do not say AURA. They do NOT link to CWDT even though they are CAST spells. They reserve mana. And thusly are blocked to CWDT. HOWEVER on the flip side, YES! ALL of the VAAL gems; require NO reserve mana, and are limited to a short timer. Yet, none of them activate on trigger gems. Vaal Dicipline Vaal Grace Vaal Clarity Vaal Haste Also, one of the recent patches, removed ALL VAAL gems interaction with ALL trigger gems entirely. This is a step backwards GGG, completely. I feel my vaal gems are TRUELY A WASTE if I cannot link them if I desire to. I might as wall scrap them all for orbs. I'm limited to stopping my attacks to CAST these spells directly in lieu of having them cast on react, which they used to do, and it was a nice addition. |
