[1.3] Blood Line / Torment Dual strike. Strike your way through maps Beginner Friendly

How do you get the block chance without BoR, is it all in the skill tree?

build.a bit different i have swords and no bringer ,
gear and gem set .

Hi! Im copying this build. Thank you for sharing this. But i have a little problem. First, why your dual strike not linked with a life leech or life steals? Second, how much your hp left after consumed by the buffs? Thank you!

Hey i have been using this build on bloodlines (starting recently) soo i have a question regarding to the skills.

So i see you use Dual strike as main source of damage but you also mention Cyclone, is it like "mandatory" to use it or i could just pick up reave/cleave or another AoE skill as a secondary source of damage?
