I happened to bump into someone with AMAZING looking chest armour. I asked what it was and he said a "Scarlet Raiment" but it wasn't that typical one. It was black, and had full leg coverings. I want it badly! Any help or info on where I can find that will be greatly appreciated. I am also pretty sure the item level was in the 40's.

Finally took a bit of time to try grab some helmet screenshots today. My photo editing skills are amateurish at best so please bear with me. In hindsight should have used a Marauder as the Scion's hair interferes with ones that don't cover the entire head.
