It adds damage, but doesn't do the whole Overkill Fire damage thing. It only adds 15% of Physical as Fire.

I rolled a custom EK build this season, fairly similar to this one.

Thought I might share, even though it is different. Still working on gear upgrades, broke as hell. Running a 5 link right now for item rarity lol, 4 link seems plenty at the moment till I get a 6 link an my DPS is almost 10k.

Armor from grace and evasion passives combined with Iron Reflexes. The 6 link will take me forever at the rate I play (very casual), will probably give up it if spend over 1k fusing :(

Wow, I must have been asleep when I asked that obvious question, haha.

It's pretty boring, but you might try farming The Catacombs for alt/fuse if you don't already (vendor all rares you get, aside from ones you keep for the Chaos recipe, then trade up what you find for Fuse through Clarissa). Good place to level up gems too, which you can later sell. Yeah, it's a time-consuming process. I don't like to flip items in trade, so it's been a slow haul for me as well.

Now level 91. Next up: EK level 21.

Just found a way to save a point in the Iron Reflexes and Acrobatics trees. Builds updated.

On a side note, I attempted to do a CI version. After many many Regrets, I can say that was a mistake. It could be viable with a crazy chest (like, over 800 ES crazy), but EK's still a really lackluster pairing because you're limited by spell power, mana cost, and the fact that you can't use Blood Rage. Much better to go Reave with a dagger.

A bit of a rebranding.

I can't speak from direct experience, but considering how well it works on Standard, I imagine it would work just fine on Beyond when paired with Lightning Coil, Belly of the Beast, or Cloak of Defiance. Use Rainbowstride, Stone of Lazhwar, or Rathpith Globe for spell block.
