Finally done with this phony ARPG game.

I've waited patiently for

months for it to become playable as an ARPG. Problem is every time there's intense 'action' I end up in a situation where not my skills, build, tactics, and reflexes but asinine desynch decides the outcome. I pay solo and hardcore and have no desire to play any other way.

Too bad because this is my favorite game IF I could actually play it and not just feel like I'm rolling dice every time I walk forward a few steps.

Sorry to neg you guys at GGG. Really nice game CONCEPTUALLY but it fails utterly in the implementation. All the GotY awards in the world won't change that. Every other thing you guys are busy trying to fix and improve...I'm not saying some other things can't be better but seriously, other issues are small potatoes compared to the desynch donkey in the living room.

exactly what I'd expect from a thread here. A few people who have no opinion dropping in to take a crap on mine...a couple of cautious agreements...a GGG mod who seems to be having a devil of a time taking 'Fuck you' out of texts that quote me saying it (yeah you still missed a few. Better censor this BEFORE people quote me!)

But hey I take it in stride. I'm a veteran of the unregulated internet. The only rule of flaming is he who gets mad loses. And yeah, good luck with that.

My final thoughts in this thread:

This GGG forum mod's attitude is exactly the trouble with the game. He/she edits out a word while leaving entire posts that add nothing to the discussion but mockery, insults and attempts to inflame.

See the forest for the trees GGG.

Look at the front page of this forum. No one wants your bullshit Invasion kill-from-off-screen crap OR your 'lets give rogue exiles spammable vaal spark before players even get their first support gem!'

People largely would like a playable game with minimal desynch.
