Suggestion - improved account security

Howdy,at the moment i'm a little tight with meh benjaminz :) but i will want to purchase emerald effect and stuff in the future,storage tabs & char slots etc.
Suggestion is - Could PoE have added a system like STEAM ?( mails you a code ) or mobile authenticator? Because my steam is protected by gmail now & my googlemail by my cellphone :) .
So my steam asks for the code anywhere except my laptop&desktop,i have to get that code from email,to login on the gmail i have to insert the code from a text message on my cellphone.

Good/bad suggestion?

Come on people,this awesome perfect game deserves lots of time & money invested in,so that means account security might have some threats in the nearby future.
Vote + 1 for at least the simple & efficient system that Steam uses for example.with Steamguard protection on you have to get a code from email(and my gmail is protected by my mobile phone.)

It is in the works, they are in the process of setting up additional security features to help protect people.
