IC does get the benefit, even if ID is level 21. However, EC *has* no duration, so wouldn't be affected either way.

Charge Duration has nothing to do with Enduring Cry itself, only passive points that increase Endurance Charge Duration affect it.

You should have watched the stream today, he killed atziri about 7 times with different setups and in the end with 2 scepters. ;)

Nothing. Even a Level 1 Empower inside a Geofri's is better than ANY other Support. And a Level 1 Empower isn't expensive, not really.

there anywere from 5-8c on invasion theres only 1 atm for 1.5ex =S

ok so i was playing this build and it was really fun spent a good 5c on some gems i didnt have nekkminit reeeped to kamaq lightning warp just take to long to get from one side to the other i linked it with recuced duration so there goes my 16hrs of play time

but i loved the guide arc was super fun thanks for the help building this =D
