How many maps have you got from a single map run?

I think my best ever was 6 maps.

I think my grand total average out of all maps is still -1 map per map though.

Well, back when maps were in Alpha people got up to 15 maps in a single map... That didn't last, of course, but it still maintained the "I get no maps for five in a row, then one of them has a mapsplosion!" feel that we see today.

8 is the most I've gotten, in thousands of map runs. That was just once.

Map drops have improved drastically though over the past few months. You hardly ever see a "I have no map drops" post anymore!

I got 10 yesterday from a single map, after getting none on the previous map. The day before I had a mirrored strongbox within a map that dropped a total of 16 maps.

In last league i found 11 or 12 maps in a lvl 70 graveyard map.In this league i got 21(lol).Found one box with 2 good mods +7 items nad + 4 magic items.I didnt count but i think i got something about 17 maps from a box and 4 from drop.

It has happened again. One of those crazy lucky maps. From a lvl 75 plateu map with ~80% quantity. Standard league.



Beat my old record of 7 maps.

7 naturally and once 36 in a shrine map, 32 from 1! strongbox, mirrored and +8 regaled with +quantity exalted. Unfortunaly didnt have +level but my friend and me dislike 78's anyways ;)

if i remember correctly then 24 of those were 74+

I'm new to maps with Ambush season, but there seems to be no shortage of supply in natural drops. I've only run about a dozen low-level but only 2 had no map drops. Yesterday I ran a +58q Arcade and had 6 drop.

Different but related topic: should we be stockpiling maps in Ambush? Are cart boxes going to be nerfed/removed? I notice that map prices are low in Ambush because of the surplus.

I got 9 once in a Grotto during Open Beta. More recently I had a Courtyard, Palace, and 4 Shipyards along with a Waste Pool drop in a single Precinct naturally.

Needless to say the latter made me much happier :)
