you must be new here, offering payment to get the game changed your way may work elsewhere but not at ggg.

and balancing always means nerfing players abilities, even if you improve a players damage and resistance and increase monster damage at the same time.

on the other hand, a selective recognition like yours helps alot to avoid seeing buffs to player skills. if you hate nerfs especially to your build just use skills nobody wants because they're difficult to master and your chances to get buffed will increase alot.
