You should be able to run both hatred and a low level clarity ( which is all you need)

How high is your clarity ? You only need one that is around level 5 or 6.

Lol i was using a lvl 14 Clarity that was taking 300 mana :p .. I switched to a lvl 4 clarity now and its better, but im still in deficit. i have 498 Mana atm.
I may have to get some more Mana regen on a piece of gear i guess.

Thing is my Dual strike is using 66 mana. Maybe thats the problem? Does the used mana gets lower with Quality on the gem? Maybe that would fix it...

Try a level 11 one because you don't need that much reserve to make this work, also
you might want to consider investing in 'primal spirit' and the additional mana
near ambdex node as well as the reduce mana reserve north but generally

use a level 10 or 11 clarity with primal spirit should be enough.. Good luck

My best idea now is to ditch this char for a while, until I get some currency and good gear.

As the other guy say, you really need at least a 5 linked or one of the armours I recommended ( tabala rasa, bring of rain, 5 linked carcass ) even if you haven't got good currency here are some improvement you can make


A) COTD immortal call /enduring cry/enfeeble much stronger than COTD blind totem

B) Get rid blinding speed and the block node and invest in hp near dualist

C) get rid of your unique helmet.. This build is built around leeching and if you can't
leech when you need it the most then its too much of a negative for this particular
build


I would also can't add how important physical damage claws are for this build, more damage, more leech, more survivability.

With higher overall dps you shouldn't worry much about needing mana unless you have an insane aps setup. I think my dual strike is running 66 a pop with maybe 120 free mana. Between the mana regen, and mana leech from physical damage that should keep you going steady.

As far as using an abyssus or maligaro gloves it's not overly worth it. The dps I have is more than enough, so more hp would be better than more dps.

I'd gladly trade down to 30k dps for an extra 1k in health.

Hey, I've got around 5k dps (unbuffed) for dual strike, 57/50/105 resists and 2,1k health, but I'm dying too often. I guess my life leach is too low - 14% for both hands. lvl 68.
Which part should I upgrade the most? I have like 10c.

Sort your COTD link ( you haven't got one )

and to be fair ( I might put it in my guide later ) Skeleton totem with extra life is probably better for you at your stage.

Also you only need either your slitherpunch or the amulet so remove one and replace with
an item with loads of resist.

If you want to invest in some gear it would be your Eagle claw you need to spend some currency on as well as finding a replacement for slitherpinch or your amulet.

If anyone wants to buy upgrades, I sell for cheap.
