0.10.0! - 2H Sword Frenzy Duelist

New follow up. I just reached level 50, and I'm at act 3 cruel.

Cruel was as hard as I expected, but this build did find its way to manage it. Biggest issues right now is chaos damage and huge elem damage attacks (such as bosses). Oversoul proved himself much harder then I expected, I wasn't ready for him, but I was able to solo him in the end.

I respecced out of some evasion nodes and also got the extra endurance charge (very important!)

Here's my current passive tree, at 57 points spent, and where I plan to be at 60:


After that I will go for the 12% life nodes near Bloodless, and from there to the second max endurance charge.

Gameplay is still based on Heavy Strike, Cleave and Flicker Strike. But I'm relying on Decoy Totem a lot more, as well as on Temporal Chains. I wasn't using enduring cry a lot, but now it's all about keeping 4 endurances up.

I'm not using Anger yet and I have Grace leveled. I prefer to keep Hatred for faster killing. I'm switching Clarity on and off, depending on area, but right now I don't really need it.

My gear didn't scale as well as my leveling. I need to start farming and trading more for better gear. Main sword only deals 80-150 phys dmg (1.2 base attacks), so you know what I mean (it has some good mods, but I need more damage). Chest only gives 180 armour + 220 evasion. So still need to work on all that to be able to deal with act 3.

EDITED: At level 51 I got some new gear, so I've updated it because my gear was really too bad (still is, but at least I'm more consistent with act 3 cruel now).

AURAS: Hatred and Grace (I'm stopping using Clarity, have 2% mana leech).

Life: 1550 (regen: 47)
Mana: 300
Physical Reduction: 56% (no charges)
Elemental Resistances: F-62% / C-75% / L-75%

DPS (considering Hatred aura + 3 frenzy):
- Heavy Strike: 1.5K (main single target)
- Cleave: 750 (main AoE)
- Frenzy: 900 (to keep charges up)
- Flicker Strike: 1.7K (to unleash charges at nearly 3 attacks per sec)

I'll switch Rings if a map ever gets too hard

I am wondering why no one goes for the 84% Life in the center of the skill tree for just 15 points.

I see you what to take the 2x8% and 3x8% from ranger area, and 2x12% near Blood less. This takes 14 points and gets 60% Life.

The center is much much better, also consider the access that you have there to resists, WED, Reduced Mana cost etc...
Just saying guys, all of your links to the passive skill tree don't work anymore, making this thread considerably less useful.
