What skill do you use to kill totems? Leap Slam or Searing Bond?

Searing bond, my leap slam does next to no damage it is only there for EE procs and mobility.

I think you'd be way tankier if you ignored Grace aura and used the mana to just cast enduring cry/immortal call. It's not like you do anything when fighting things anyway. It would also let you handle bleed bosses easily.

Also, what is your fire resist with ruby flask activated? Shouldn't it be 100%?

This is my exact build and nearly identical gear-set in Invasion.
