I'm assuming that if something can roll + max [charge], it can also roll + max [other charges]?
I'd like to know if these can roll on other accessories, besides just belts? Rings and amulets? Devolving Wilds

I've seen Rathpith unique shield with +3% chaos resist implicit, ilvl 74. Got -4% quality on a corrupted skill too

I just used 4 vaal orbs and all four of them changed to another rare. Really disheartening, my RNG is broken tonight.
