There seem to be an abnormally high number of items that are getting really good rare mods like these. I'm starting to wonder if they have a better weighted chance than alchs at rolling desirable affixes on rares.
In one of the sotv reveal vids Chris strongly hinted that the vaal gem reroll had a higher chance to roll higher level mods.
Whoever gives me a Vaal Orb can have the item, no matter the outcome.
I don't play standard anyway and they would only rot in my chest, so I might aswell have some fun :)
I will also Chrome the items before using the Vaal Orb to get your desired Colours (unless they are too hard to get).

I am not interested in playing legacy leagues and I don't care about wealth.
I know I would have never ever used those items again, so why not give them to someone?

edit: Items are gone. Bringer has a white socket now and Facebreakers didn't change.
