We've seen +2 to Gems on items, I think its possible to hit it on a Tabula Rasa as well. That's if it can't go any higher than that even (+3's?!)

A +3 gems tabula would be the best item in the game, hands down. Along with a level 4 empower, and another corrupted gem with increased base damage (someone got a better damage roll on a flameblast iirc), shit could get real cray, real fast.

OP tabula. Tabula + lvl 4 empower = lvl 5 empower
