WORLD FIRST USE of Vaal orb

I did not know vaal orbs came out recently (around the time I started).
Charges are really the only thing I've seen or six socket white robes. I'll stick to my chance orbs after seeing this. Went from a terrible bow to an almost perfect voltaxic with a lucky chance orb. Only thing I don't like it when it does nothing, it says modifying it unpredictably, if it does nothing it wasn't modified.
