" Totems were actually buffed. The less instead of reduced on cast speed are very good unless you reach 100+ cast speed. If you have 100% increased cast speed your totems will cast stuff at the same speed prior to patch. If you have lower than 100% its a buff, lets say you have 60% increased c.speed that means with this new patch you will be casting stuff with 51% increased cast speed while prior to patch you would be casting with 30% see? I really love the Changes but why you only give us 1hour this time and not 3 hours? if that Patch is only 1gb ok but it will prob be 3-4 gb with alot of starting problem again like last time?
