Hot damn.
Little surprised Vaal pact got that change. I would have expected it to instead allow for life regen, although maybe the 1.5% regen node was moved... No CoC nerf? Really? Hopefully the passive changes make it less appealing. Strangely happy to see the Barrage buff. I like the idea of actually being able to use it as an attack, especially now that it's even faster.
