how do u get %24 all resist shield was it legacy or something?

I think only legacy he's using is bringer or rain. The shield got good roll, thats all. U can reroll implicit by using blessed orb ( i think ). Reroll untill u get 20+ res

Raiz's shield is legacy man, kite shield can no longer drop or roll 24% res with any base type

max now is 12% all res. I think this's a change with the Sacrifice of Vaal patch (or another patch around that point of time)

Yes I agree, I made mistake. They nerfed it pretty hard.

PS. Im still running this build, work perfectly, even with non-legacy Bringer of Rain. If u cant find rings and amu just visit poe.xyz and buy through web. Its pretty cheap as he said.

I got to 70 today, already using the following set:



I can say that this build feels extremely powerful. Right now, my Infernal Blow is standing at 14k DPS, and it kills any group of mobs in a matter of seconds. The only problem I'm facing right now is that I don't have enough of a mana pool to run Mind over Matter efficiently, and I skipped on a bunch of health nodes so far, which I need to get soon enough, these factors result in some deaths here and there, but nothing too serious. I'm also not capped on lightning resists, which causes me some problem with that, but it's very rare.

I plan on upgrading the rings (probably both), to get me capped on lightning res and a bigger mana pool/regen, while getting more health nodes. After that, I can see this build rampaging through anything, really.

I've been doing level 70 maps with ease, and will probably jump to higher maps as soon as I get those upgrades.

Great build, a bit pricey (my whole set is probably at 6-7 exalted by now), but very efficient and fun.

EDIT: This is in Ambush league, for those curious, which means that my BoR is the nerfed version, and my shield also can't roll 24% all res.

The downside is about 70% less increased hp and 30% less increased armor, but the upside is considerably more mana regen, considerably increased effect of auras, reduced aura reservation cost and 30 increased flask effect which is really powerful.
