I got a few questions, im 75 and im having a hard time soloing things. Ive spent quite a few exalted into this gear but just seems like it not working out well. I think im missing some attack speed and crit chance but i dont know where i can add more. This is my gear. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It would be usefull if you posted your skill tree and flasks you use.
How much is your chance to hit and critical chance for cyclone and discharge? Crit multiplier?

i don't know,maybe it's missing some stuff there,but you get the point. your ring for example has 8% cold res which is in the range "of the inuit" (6%-11%). a divine would roll the cold res only in this range,6-11. it would never roll it in the range "of the ice" (42%-45%) same goes for every other stat. just trying to save you a few divines,i have wasted some in the past :P

My bad, never done this before hehe. Here is my skill tree (Forget about my flasks they all suck currently trying to get better ones). My attack speed is 2.28 crit chance 62.4% accurance is 86% crit mult is 212%.

My suggestion,lose eagle eye and the 2 10% accuracy before,lose haste and the 2 life life/mana before,and two other nodes you think better. Take nightstalker and deadly precision. That would balance your crit and accuracy for now.

Seems like i found my problem...blood rage is literally not adding anything. No stats change when i take it off. Can others verify this?

What do you mean ?? Blood rage gives you massive atack speed boost and life leech. And you can see that in tool tip.

the problem is that you have very low crit chance. the points i suggested to take are 240% increased critical strike chance. you have too much accuracy,too low crit chance for the level you are.
