I'd have this one but it has spellcrit and not crit.. The cold resist ring is vital to me because i have 79/58/82 resists in merci and without that one i'm with 0%..
I use the goldrim hear for resists too, there might be something better tho i have no money to afford some es-one.
For the shield i have no idea, i am making my passive node to let you see, i was "prepared" for dual wield not for dagger and shield so it is quite strange..

I have still some "life" node, i was planning to put em off for CI and the es nodes after it when i'll have enough es..

Edit2 as secondary weaps i use and the wand doesnt look so bad from my newbie point of view

My advice,switch back to life/es. You need really good gear to run CI, with low life/es you can benefit from life (bm);based auras. If you struggling with gear just pm me in game i have around 100 daggers suitable for coc build. If you cant afford shevrons buy Shevrons for poor people :) Solaris lorica gives you chaos res like Shevrons. You can get that easy with 5l. Shouldnt cost you more than 2ex. I have loads of Es shields with spell crit and quite high ES. I see that you have low crit on dagger you need more. Its very difficult to run this build w/o romira's and voll's dev but you can do it. Stack up as much as possible crit chance from rings and some nods. With clean CI you will be dying almost everytime you move from town. Dont need much armour/evasion . Try to run life based auras. Its gonna be difficult but not impossible. Another advice. Probably as a new player you have problem with currency so i would suggest to farm marveil/vall/piet, marveil is the easiest one and you gonna get more items from her if you wear mf gear. Vall a bit harder for beginner. Thats my opinion farm farm farm respec respec farm easiest way to get rich. I started this game with my blender duelist and made him mf killing machine ,but it took me 2 weeks to collect enough currency to buy a decent gear. So my opinion if you cant progress with discharger make another toon strictly mf. Pm me for gear : To_edzia_od_fredzia. Should be online in about 4-5 hours we can discuss online what is needed for your build to make it effective.

@xEverth. You really need better dagger. All those other stats dont matter if u dont have good crit chance. Also this build is really expensive, are you sure u want to do this build? I dont even recommend this build if u dont have 6l chest.

I got a new dagger and i linked cyclone with lv15 increase critical strike..

You won't be saved with a dagger alone. As Reoxy says, 6l is really the recommended way to go. You will need high ES or a shavronnes. A Solaris Lorica won't save you at all, as I suspect you wont have high enough sources of ES other places to survive. The only real downside with this build is that theres no efffective budget version of it.

Again, I will log on now and add you up. Every new player should get some help, and I have some jewellry laying around that would help.

You might want to get spell damage on your dagger, rather than a high physical damage one. The first two things I look for in a dagger are
1. Crit Chance (Something above 8.5)
2. Spell Damage (As high as you can get)
3. Increased Attack Speed

Also for a shield, rather than spending money on rares, a decent unique shield that is quite affordable to get for this build that I wish I knew about would be Rathpith Globe I'd personally recommend leveling with spectral throw(level 1) + gmp + cast on crit + arc + artic breath in the meantime if you don't have the gear to start cycloneing. In all honesty, it wasn't until level 73 that I was able to sustain my cyclone.

As for unique prioritization and value for exalted with this build I'd say it goes as follows:

1. Voll's Devotion (Must have for the charges, you'll be way weaker without it)
2. Romira's Ring (With this, you can afford to have lower crit, your damage will get a huge boost from running arc instead of PCOC)
3. Dream Fragment Ring (The anti freeze and mana regen are nice, but I personally would not suggest getting it, simply because it'll get replaced by Romira's shortly down the road. If you're thinking about getting this ring because of the cold resist + mana regen, buy a rare, it'll cost you significantly less)
4. Auxium (I believe you can run this build without auxium, just be careful of the freezes, given it'll be expensive to purchase, I believe it gives the least value for it's cost in this list, you'll also have an easier time with the rest of your gears since you'll be able to get resists on your belt)

Other notes:

I personally would not run voll's protector, you'll have a hard time once you run into later maps. You'll probably have an easier time getting a 5l es chest that'll cost what you can sell the voll's protector for.

For your gems, rather than running vaal Lightning Strike as a red socket, I think running an increased duration/molten shell would help you alot more.

Well skills in other items are quite "random" because i don't always get to have the right colors. Today i managed to get armor gloves with 3r and i put immortal call- cwdt- enduring cry and i found myself in a much safer spot.. I know i need much more attack speed.. If i see i can't just cyclone in (and that's rare) i throw some gmp+ice spears to get my powers



I planned my passives up to level 79 on which i would be able to get vaal pact
