U got pretty awesome gear. But i dont know how mjölnir works with romiras ring or this build, u could try pcoc gem to see if its better. Also u dont need to use curse on hit since cast on critical strike will cast ur curse too, so u can use some other gem in that slot :)

Also the immortal call probably dont work because u dont have endurance charges at the moment when ur hit, discharge tends to use those pretty fast. Also ur tree is looking pretty good, but mjölnir is such a slow weapon that i would recommend getting more attack speed. Also i have seen mjölnir builds that take resolute technique with romiras ring making u discharge alot.

Cast on damage taken processes by chain of effects and it makes sense that it does so. So I always set it up so that links for imo call are like this:

enduring cry - immortal call - cast on damage taken

or

cast on damage taken - immortal call - enduring cry


that way it always casts enduring cry first and immortal call 2nd



yours is

enduring cry - cast on damage taken - immortal call

so it probably processes immortal call first once and enduring cry the other time so you only get imo call effect once in 2 times(probably some random factor and not exact 50/50)


on the topic: does anyone know exact cooldowns for immortal call? it might be worth leveling codt and other gems a few times as this is pure ES build more or less and you take around 200dmg from regular mobs without flask.

@Reoxy, ummm, your changes sound very good but i think that i use resolute technique need to respect all the strike chance nodes and change my shield, is it? For the moment a use Q20 Item rarity by curse on hit.


@GreatThree, I test all the convinations and you all right, i change the order works better.

The resolute tehnique was just something that i had seen, im not really suggesting u to use it. But fuck, i just found epic dagger for this build. If only the crit chance was higher, now i dont know which one to use. The faster dagger gives me 4.8 aps and 71% crit chancce and the lower speed one gives me 84% crit and 3.4 aps.



EDIT: After testing the new dagger i found out i cant use it :( the crit is just too low and makes me die.

Few days ago i found dagger with elemental dmg ias 1.46 chance crit 8.6. Till that day i've been using dagger with 9.9 crit chance and i thought 1% crit chance shouldnt make a difference but it does. Massive difference is with single target attack ,i have to spin with my cyclone and pop in crit flask sometimes. Offcourse elemental dmg in dagger makes difference in total dps, sometimes i kill piety (map version) in 1 hit. Most of the bosses die within a sec even map boss 78lvl dies faster but i have to spin and spin . So in my opinion if you have %9.6+ dagger use it instead lower crit even if the other one has better ias dmg or other stats. Now i stick with my old 9.9 and i wont change it till i craft one. Now im looking for white ambusher or platinum with ilvl 80+ around 400 chaos to spend on craft. Hopefully ill craft one :)

yesterday i had the same dagger problem. I crafted this dagger by my self and tried it. Crit chance decreases dramatically to 70%.

With my old dagger i have a crit chance at about 89%.

When i have enough currency, i will try to get crit chance on this nice dagger

I'm a level 63 life based scion in Invasion, using the cast on crit cyclone discharge build.

For me moment i have voll's protector chest to generate power charges and a 4l cyclone-cast on crit-discharge-life leech.
but lets say it, voll's protector is crap for defenses stats (and mana!) so i'd like to know if i could replace it with romira's banquet ring.

For now i have 40% base crit chance (no power charges) on my cyclone, so if i understand well how romira's work i will have between 1 and 2 power charges when i crit (average)so its looks not so powerful (with voll's protector, again packed mobs i'm sure i'll discharge with the maximum possible power charges).
Moreover i'd like to increase my crit rate because its not enough reliable for now..

But i've seen a lot of (softcore hyper expensive) builds of cyclone discharge using ramira's and no volls protector, so how does it works? THey use often the voll's devotion amulet so they have endurance charges, and are CI so they have frenzy charges, so is it why they still success to do damage?

Anyway, has somebody tried cyclone cast on crit discharge with romira's banquet and could tell me wether it is viable?

Last night craft, vert nice dagger but crit chance too low :( what do you think what should i do with it ??

well it has low crit and no spell dmg, so its pretty much useless :/

btw. if anyone is selling better coc dagger, im willing to buy.
