[**1.2**] The Party Pooper" Endgame CoC EK/Flame surge-Discharger~Outrageous DPS + Anti-Reflect

I hate the fact VP is so far away

Since I'm playing with a volls, is there anyway to build around not taking it? Or is it absolutely necessary endgame?

:( danm, it makes sense it's just such a waste.

I wish I had a time machine, so I could go back in time and tell myself not to get involved in this mess. So much currency,

I'm determined to make this thing work

Edit
I literally get depressed every time log on, it's kept me from really playing for these past few months

Hey Guys, my name is Alluminati, I've been a long time lurker over here. Started off this build with nothing, not even 1c of funding with the character. Thanks to the help of the community, I've been able to enjoy the capabilities of this build. I'm here today to give everyone a snapshot of my current journey.

1-70 has been the most difficult part of the journey, I've been leveling with pure spectral throw (no supporting gems) for the bulk of my journey. Eventually, when I reached 58, I transitioned off to use this chest
Spoiler
which allowed me to clear with the following gems
Spoiler
spectral throw, cast on crit, arc, artic path, life leech

To me, the chest was infinitely better than a 0 linked spectral throw chest, but I highly suggest getting a 5l chest with 3green slots and 2 blue slots. Much of my difficult journey with leveling was the lack of GMP in my chest. Now many of you may ask where I've leveled during my difficult journey.

I followed 3 simple rules to level to 70
Spoiler

1. Level at ledge for act 1
2. Level at riverways for act 2
3. Level at City of Sarn, then move to Docks for act 3

After I hit 70, I was in a stump, I couldn't run maps with this build, I was too squishy with too little ES, and not enough damage. The only way for me to level was to find a free map party on occasion, and to follow it's members. It was painful to know the reality of how weak I was without the correct gear, and that If I stepped ahead of them, I would likely die in a matter of seconds.

For those of you who've started with nothing, I'd like to give you motivation that this build is viable as long as you put in the effort to always find opportunities. However, I'd like to strongly emphasise that new players should not to follow in my footsteps, as leveling could of been infinitely faster with proper gear. I'd suggest new players to acquire capital to purchase a few decent gears before they begin this build.

However, for those who are going to yolo at this build with less than 1c in their storage, here's my story.

Initially, I had nothing but leveling uniques handed down from some random POE players on global chat. I was fortunate enough to have picked up a couple of regrets, fusings, and chisels along my journey, and began accumulating my wealth. Slowly collecting fusings, and chisels, I finally traded 20 fusings, and 20 chisels for an exalted orb. With an exalted orb, the possibilities are endless. Many of you who are using this build that have little currency may go wow, an exalted orb, let me splurge! I believe that to be the wrong mentality, with an exalted orb, you can trade players for more currency than what you invested, and eventually have two exalted orbs. With more currency, you are able to do bigger and better things. poe.xyz is a great tool for those starting out, you might be able to find some very lucky deals, and end up doing what I did to achieve my current gear, buy low and sell high.

I'd like to give everyone hope, and to thank everyone on this thread for the support, I wouldn't of made it so far without you all.

My Current Gear:
Spoiler

As exta icing on the cake for this beautiful read, I'd like to pass on the chest that I've been using for the bulk of my time in this game. Now this may not be the best chest in the game, or for this build, but it should help those that are in need of something to level with. First one to ask me for the chest through a PM on the forums shall receive the chest I mentioned above.

Starting from a scratch is always hard. But it seems u had the will to carry on, and in the end got great gear, gratz.

Btw. I updated my low life skill tree. Apparently inner force node affects blood rage attack speed bonus too. So thats nice. I also respecced to the 8% ias bandit reward. I have now little over 3.5 aps with cyclone.

Reoxy, i don't get why aren't you taking the advantage of stacking multiple auras.
If you go Low Life,
This tree should be much efficient.
I would lose quite alot of es id i used that tree. Also I tried with lower crit chance and it worked, but my discharges were not so constant. Maybe if i were super rich and had more es gear i could try that tree.
