Im thinking this the prize for the 1st 50 player in all League will get custom Microtransaction effect
at the end of the video Chris say 50 in standard league and hardcore will get the new effect at 13:55 Min in the video.. and 50 in Invasion League /Ambush League you can see this in the new video at 8:39 for Armour and at 13:55 league for prize info https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vm0WYpCXkfw what do you guys think.. this Armour is not in game and the boots or Helm. the effect on the Armour and all over is what i think the prize effect will be for killing Queen Atziri. It true you can't sell the effect, but you can sell the extra player slots to the instance.

In one of the preview videos, (can't remember which one, they're all worth watching) one of the Devs said that the microtransaction would be "Vaal Themed" with plenty of blood, but that they hadn't yet made it. So it's probably not the weapon effect we see here. Also, Chris said on Reddit that the armor is a "Seraph Armor Set" mtx.
