Since my colors are a bit messed up, I tried running a lvl 23 Clarity in shield. I have 233 unreserved with a lvl 21, with lvl 23 I get 334 regen, but I fire more blanks with BR active then with a lvl 21 due to having less unreserved I guess.
Gonna try and find 2 more 21 Reduced Manas, might work out in the end. Silsamazing - lvl 100 Witch

just get 320 reg/s to run lv24 AA and save unreserved mana instead of getting more reg
