and the main use of blood rage is the attack speed...

That's only one aspect of Blood Rage, it allows you to completely forgo Life Leech gem for more dips. :/

You are now completely thinking tooltip which is completely the wrong way to go about it. Okay, so say my GMP spectral DPS is 80k.. I replace with additional accuracy and it's now 200k - I CLEAR FASTER YEAH????? No. The extra damage is less effective, the tooltip is irrelevant.

The point of GMP + Chain is to make the damage more effective, it doesn't really make sense to go burn prolif with this build - the idea is to cull and one-shot to build up charges. Plus it would be less total damage since this build is physical, cold, lightning AND fire. The rest would just get diminished. Avatar of Fire really isn't as good as people sometimes make it out to be.

can u explain to me how isnt it faster? u 1 shot the entire screen with it... run.. 1 shot.. keep running... pretty much as fast as u can go...
and im really NOT talking dps tool tip.. but real dmg... since burning isnt even show on tool tip etc...

Because you already practically oneshot the entire screen. With burn, you have to spec into it.. then you have to be concerned about AoE... when is the mob gunna get the prolif? it's nowhere near one shot the entire screen.

u really need to watch the videos again... hes not one shot even 1 mob.. let alone entire screen..
even if u dont spec into AOE, elem prof can get far enough to wipe.. half the screen?

Looked it up, imho it doesn't clear faster than vanilla wander, and has way less leech (no pack insta-leech) Plus the burn looks to me incredibly weak even with speccing into it like he tried. With this build, you do one-shot packs when you build up charges and crit, burn kinda has to shoot multiple times to get the prolif going.

That build had 4.2k Fire top-end on Power Siphon, this has 1.6k top-end on Fire so removing the support is practically the same.

It's nothing like DD or Fire Trap with a huge initial hit and burn.

u showed me a build... diffrent than this build.... with video where he DONT even use COE ..
o.. he also dont use avatar of fire ! so his burning is low cause it really partial dmg (the fire part)
u comparing gear worth around 200 ex.... to this build who worth like 1000 ex, to make your point?
he have shitty wand (not real shit.. but sertinaly not mirrored), shitty shield , etc...
and even with this, he pretty much kill fast as hell.

p.s. specting into it is exactly 4 nodes (burning dmg), all the other stuff can stay the same.

Gl with that, honestly even if it did one shot with burn it wouldn't clear faster, fast enough as it is :)

Choice between direct and indirect damage and when it comes down to it, advantage becomes less when you consider looting and moving, they both have their pro and cons. Certainly when min-maxing for burn, it would be weaker against Atziri.

The_x_ile, i don't get what you discuss, its theory crafting or someone already did it? any videos? etc.

its more like theory crafting.. no vids... i dont have as amazing gear as OP has...
but wanted to ask him if he ever considered it, maybe quick video of him trying that (really no need for much of a respec)

Whilst it may be on par, I think what it will come down to is the leech. With the normal AoE setup you can leech back from zero to full on a crit and the instant Vaal Pact leech is a core defence mechanism for most low-life builds, with the single target prolif setup it will be greatly lessened.
