I just hit 69 but I am really struggling with the build despite having Shavronne and COE?

I am barely capping resists and I keep dying to chaos related creeps. (I can cap resists but that would mean I sacrifice WED for mana regen and resists. Blood rage practically kills me and my DPS is nowhere close any of yours. ):

One more thing is I realised I can't sustain Power Siphon while having Arctic Armor on. Of course that being said means I can't walk with Artic Armor on either. HELP? )':

you're gonna have a really hard time, because you're simply too low level. you miss too many points to get enough ES, mana regen, and aura nodes to sustain everything correctly.

your best bet is to drop power siphon for now, and use a dagger with reave-multistrike-weapon elemental-life leech in a 4L (your gloves for instance) until you reach a level where you can sustain power siphon. ST can also work, but it requires more mana than reave.
you can put reave(/ST) in your shav if you can get the right colors. PCoC-crit dmg for the 5th and 6th link.

if you're dead set on using a wand, then try barrage. it's way less mana hungry, and can be used from lvl1 (the only thing increasing with level is phys damage), but it's not as good.

This build is strictly super end game only.

You will need a significant amount of wealth to pull this off, it's very difficult to effectively do a low level and low budget build.

I think the build is feasible if your currency is in the neighboorhood of 50+ exalts and you're willing to invest it all. 6L Solaris Lorica, CoE and a whole bunch of decent 1ex~ gear. You'd just be missing a lot if ES without shavs, while you could drop some % ES for the 4 shield nodes near sovereignty if you have a super high ES shield. You can get somewhere in the neighboorhood of 2k ES off a shield, sitting at maybe 4-5k total.

I agree to an extent. However the dps output and synergy will fall off exponentially with decreasing wealth.

Yeah. I estimated that I'll have something like 20k DPS with charges and blood rage. I think it'd work pretty well albeit squishier. I'll be getting 25-30ex here soon. What do you think I should get? CoE? 6L Solaris + Auxium?

Auxium isn't 100% necessry, but If you already have a good wand, it's the next best choice.

I don't consider Auxium as "useful" u loose dmg in addition you'll have even less resis

1. Crown of eyes - it will multiple your dmg by 2
2. 6L Lorica - will increase your dmg by 30-40%
3. Auxium just more comfortable to play

That was under the assumption you already had a CoE and shavs.
