[2.2] Hybrid Synergiser Wander

Ok sounds good, just as I thought.

I'm currently at lvl 82, changed wand to this one



Slightly lower pdps on the wand, but after charges I have 20% more dps than the one on the previous page because of the increased crit and how it scales with the 6 charges!

hey guys, i alchemy'd this wand a few days ago...



190 pdps, and the spell damage/mana is an hybrid roll (pretty low, sadly) which means that it still has 2 suffixes open (for attack speed and crit chance?).

the char i'm making is hovering back and forth between this build and a dagger ele ST.
is this wand decent? and should i yolo exalt it? or try et+ex (which would have to wait a bit since i'm kinda broke atm)? or just leave it as it is?

You can see here that your wand is worth around 2 ex. I don't think it's worth et/exing it since it's kinda fucked up. Yolo ex if you want.

I have made some progress in game. I FOUND A SHAVRONNE. OH YEAH. It's not quite 6L yet. 5L atm. I have rainbowstride, maligaro, rathiph globe. I have yet to start building my character cause I am super confused right now. I have four questions.

1. Should I be gunning for a Axium first before COE?
2. If I only have 5L Shavronne (since I am really new to the game and poor),what gems should I running?
3. What would likely happen without Axium and COE? Am I still viable for solo Atziri?
4. When will we really see a budget section? HAHA.

Maybe Sky knows better but IMO CoE is CRITICAL to the build, auxium you can prob get by without if you're careful. CoE & Shav is the OP combo you're based around.

The only "budget" thing you could do with this build is Solaris Lorica instead of Shav's. The entire concept revolves around the lowlife spell damage mechanics of Crown of Eyes really.

My advice would be to save for Crown of Eyes. In most cases, you can make do with another (albeit poor) freeze-resistant item (Dream Frags, Wanderlust) or just stack some "of Heat" flasks to break freeze (keep out of melee and you should be gold). You can do Atziri without Auxium easily, as there is no cold damage to freeze you. Without CoE, your damage will be a lot lower than it could be (tons of spell damage + pain attunement all being wasted), whereas without Auxium, you'll just be frozen for longer.

5L shavs, I would go for BRGGG if you can, though BBRGG would also do the job (either drop inc crit damage or chain, depending on the colours you get).

CoE is a core item to the build, auxium is not.

Alright time to sell away my headhunter belt then! What level does this build really start working? And what is your take on Flubby's Spectral Throw build?

I am trying to pick between yours and his really. Yours is definitely more impressive imo but his looks more do-able. However, your guide is really comprehensible and I really hope to see more on how I can improve through the levels. (Flubby's guide excels in that since he started a brand new char in ambush.)

His build is much more noob friendly and to a certain extent, cheaper.

Dagger has more potential compared to a wand, but wand has more clear speed vs dagger. Power siphon will allow for chaining whereas dagger is piercing.

Overall it's personal preference as they both have the same principles.
