I guess a higher ES variant could work with witch but would be a lil' inefficient.

Witches can workaround by dropping Body and Soul Cluster in combination with Kraityn on Normal, seems like that is a must, as GGG messed up witches' startup area.
With Tornado Woe Bite I get about 70k dps on poebuilder.com but will get a confirmation first when I see it real ingame. poebuilder does not count special wand crit/multi in to total dps but has unnerfed Anger and Wrath in calculation, in sum it COULD be a compensation of each other.
