" Thanks. The maximum DPS for a reaver axe is actually almost 40 points lower than maximum DPS for a siege axe. It just has much higher base maximum damage, but at huge cost of AS. For DPS, the best base axe is siege. If anything, it just means your overall damage is lower and your damage spikes are higher; that makes you more susceptible to dying on physical reflect maps because you're leeching less and receiving more damage in between your leeching.
