Because you crit so much, you will always have a full flask up. This will also allow you to be more flexible in gear and you dont NEED mana leech.

if you still want, you can use a blood magic gem linked to clarity to further improve your mana regen.

I mean they have both 60% and with lvl 20 reduced mana the multiplicator would be 0.77.
If you pick those 15% reduced mana near the start it would be like:
60*0.77=46,2
then the 15%

But if you have 377 Mana (it is a huge amount which will be take for these auras, but you need like 100+ mana to be able to cast the EK ...

EDIT: Just seen, that Alphas Howl would not only lower the mana used, but also increases the Evasion -> Armor, and the Cold Resistance (not being able to be frozen as well), AND +2 to Auras which would boost survivability and dmg even further :P
