I've been following this build until Ambush started, i went Shadow since it's almost the same. currently Crit-ing above medium level. I mostly went life and crit. Had no problem except my mistakes when opening chests with very low resists. I currently have 75 all resist and have no problems anymore. I'm suprised that NO one has used the 2 points near the CRIT/mana drinker nodes correctly. Instead of taking 2 +10 Dexterity nodes, take the movement speed and Coordintion (+3fast cast and speed, and +20 dexterity) node to link with crit nodes bellow mana drinker ! they give you more stats and the 20 dexterity.

I'd like to mention that i'm not using frenzy so ... no frenzy charges. I'm using Barrage + COC + ETHEREAL + CHAIN + life on hit. this works more well for me for single target like bosses and few mobs and also for survival. I use split arrow + COC + CHAIN + ethereal only for mobs. Again i mention i went crit early on. Since I'm poor i went with Death's Harp which works well and thinking of using 5L quill rain to use, but with higher Clarity on Blood Magic when my life is bigger and to use Grace and Hatred when i get reduced mana points. Also thinking of getting Alpha's for more mana reduced and no freeze (very handy). I tested quill rain and it's insanely cheap and good if you can sustain mana draining.

Peace everyone, and many thanks to OP for build

I would look into using Frenzy in the future the burst on Rare/Unique mobs is insane
I'm struggling at level 50 in Invasion League, I can survive OK but often running out of mana or havign to flee from mobs due to no life left. I'm really not sure exactly what my problem is, can someone help? Crit Chance at 17.5%.

I want to emphasize! I personally switched to CoC + EK when i hit lvl~85! Further you need to achieve Medicore Gear and one 5L to play CoC + EK effectivley!!!! Look at my Gear! If you dont have these requirements you should play this build as a normal Physical Ranger! Means Split Arrow + Faster Attacks + Chain + Added Fire + Increased Physical Attack / or + CritChance + CritMultiplier!

You cant say the Build is crap cause you hit lvl60 with barely a 4L!!! Nowadays its the best way you can spend your points if you going Physical-Crit with decent Life!

CoC + EK is just a way to push your DPS in LateGame by a huge load!!!

Will change the Guide a lil bit to make this clear

Couple questions:

1) Why is the suggestion for Merciless bandit reward to get a passive point instead of a Frenzy Charge? We're already spending 2 skill points in the bottom for a +10DEX and a Frenzy charge, so if we're valuing Frenzy enough to spend 2 points for it, why don't we use the Bandit reward to get another one?

2) I never got the skill point from the beginning, the 18% evasion and +12 life. Is that worth getting as a level ~60 char?

Anything need upgrading or does this build just fall off?

Hp = 2600
Damage reduction = 30%
Resists = 75/75/75
SA = 600 DPS
Frenzy = 3300 DPS
Crit chance = 32.5%
(no auras)

You need at least a 5L Bow & Chest, how much currency do you have to spend?

not alot, atm sitting on about 40 chaos, maybe more if i can get some stuff to sell, not entirely sure whats "good"

sidenote, i took the 18% increase physical damage from Oak, i read that its the best way to increase EK damage, just wondering if that was a good choice

Using Lioneyes with evasion build means that u wont be able to dodge ur damage on reflect mobs

Dang it, why couldn't I realize this sooner... I desperately need some HP regen, is Heart of Oak a good choice to spend 2 pts on?
Also, anyone looking into starting this build fresh should REALLY look into a

It's cheap (I paid 1 Alch for it) and it helps tremendously with the early mana issues you'll have. I can spam RoA & SA all day long. I plan on using it til' 32 where I have a Death's Harp waiting. By then, I'll be able to use Mana Leech and such.
